Another fantastic weekend at Kielder Water, taking in 4 days of fantastic running, talks, drills and of course some rest and recovery!
Our industry professionals included camp regulars Paul Hobrough owner of local physiotherapy clinic Physio & Therapy, and Louise Sutton, lecture in Sport and Exercise nutrition at Leeds Beckett Uni. We also welcomed back Dane Mitchell, Head Strength and Conditioning coach at Leeds Beckett Uni whose dynamic warm up session went down a treat!
Two very special guests joined us for the weekend, international GB athlete Tom Lancashiredropped in to lead some of our runs and share her experiences. Along with BBC Countryfile presenter and all round challenge seeker Helen Skelton, who was in training to take on the London Marathon in 2019.

Thank you to all of our 2019 campers, we hope to see you again next year!
